Mechanicsburg, PA – December 22, 2009: “We are extremely pleased to have completed our second acquisition this year,” Allen Deckert, CTI Networks President said regarding the acquisition of Meer.net. “This gives us a very strong penetration in the state of West Virginia and we welcome the customer.”

Based in Mechanicsburg, PA, CTI Networks is the independent Internet Service Provider (ISP) of choice throughout Pennsylvania and 16 other states. The addition of Meer.net’s West Virginia customers has further expanded its reach, penetration and presence.

Meer.net’s business and residential customer accounts were sold to CTI Networks for an undisclosed amount. Meer.net is located in Elkins, WV and has approximately 700 DSL and dial-up customers that will transfer to CTI Networks.

“Purchasing Safe-T.net of Ohio and taking over operational control of Strato.net of Florida earlier this year completes the first phase of our strategic plan,” said Scott Austin Vice President of Business Services. “We look forward to servicing the business customers and introducing them on all of our product offerings.”
